Depicted below is the Vietnam Veterans Memorial State Park near Angel Fire, NM. Originally named the Vietnam Veterans Peace and Brotherhood Chapel, it was built by Dr. Victor Westphall to honor his son, David, who as a Marine Infantry Lieutenant was killed in battle while serving in Vietnam.
